Standard Systems Limited Warranty

Effective Date: June 2026

Standard Systems Corporation warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Assembly defects

  • Component failures resulting from normal intended use

  • Products that fail to perform substantially in accordance with published specifications

If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period, Standard Systems may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product with the same or equivalent product; or

  • Refund the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Crash damage

  • Water damage

  • Fire damage

  • Physical abuse or misuse

  • Improper installation or wiring

  • Reverse polarity events

  • Electrical overstress

  • Improper voltage application

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Normal wear and tear

Products used outside published specifications are not covered under this warranty.

Flight-Critical Disclaimer

Many Standard Systems products are intended for use in unmanned aircraft and other mission-critical systems.

The purchaser is solely responsible for proper integration, testing, maintenance, and operation of any system incorporating Standard Systems products.

Standard Systems does not warrant uninterrupted operation or suitability for any specific mission, application, or vehicle.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Standard Systems at support@standardsystems.tech.

  2. Provide proof of purchase.

  3. Provide a description of the issue.

  4. Provide photographs, logs, or troubleshooting information if requested.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be required before returning any product.

Products returned without authorization may be refused.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standard Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of aircraft, or mission failure.

The remedies described in this warranty are the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies.

Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Changes

Standard Systems reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern.
