Returns & Refund Policy

At Standard Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide exceptional customer support.
Standard Returns
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Returned products must:

Be in original condition;

Include original packaging and accessories;

Show no signs of installation, soldering, modification, or use.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Standard Systems.
Installed or Used Electronics
Due to the nature of electronic products, items that have been installed, soldered, modified, programmed, or otherwise used are generally not eligible for return unless covered under the Standard Systems Limited Warranty.
Defective Products
Products that arrive damaged or are believed to be defective should be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
Defective products may be repaired, replaced, credited, or refunded at the discretion of Standard Systems.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or discontinued products marked as non-returnable

Products damaged through misuse, crashes, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

Prior authorization from Standard Systems is required before returning any product.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be issued.
Returns received without authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Standard Systems.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, the order is subject to the return process described above.
Changes
Standard Systems reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern.
